From The Palmetto Expressway Go south to where the Palmetto divides (just south of Bird Road) and take Toll Road 874 (left lane) towards Homestead. Exit at Killian Parkway and go west (left) to S.W. 122nd Avenue. Turn south (left on S.W. 122nd Avenue to Signature Gardens From Florida's Turnpike Exit at S.W. 120th Street (exit #19). Turn west to S.W. 122nd Avenue. Turn south (left) on S.W. 122nd Avenue to Signature Gardens. From I-95 or US-1 Go South on I-95 to US1 and continue to either Kendall Drive or Killian Parkway where you will turn west (right) and go to S.W. 122nd Avenue.
