Space is available one hour in advance of the invitation time stated on your contract and for one hour after. Longer periods of advance load-in/set-up/breakdown time is possible, if available, scheduled and paid for. Please have vendors contact us to coordinate set-up, delivery times and activities. Loading dock and ground level access for oversized items is available. Please let us know in advance.
