 Advance Setup Load-In :   Advance load-in & set-up time is possible, if available, scheduled and paid for. Please have your vendors contact your Event Producer in order to coordinate setup, delivery times and activities. Loading dock and ground level access for oversized items is available. Please let us know in advance.

Audiovisual:   May be arranged through Southern Audio Visual, our A/V supplier.

Banners & Special Props:   Banners may be hung if arranged before your event.

Confirmed Space:   Space is available on a first come first served basis and therefore, cannot be confirmed without a signed contract and deposit.

Copy Service:  Available at our upstairs lobby reception center.

Delivery/Storage:  We will receive packages if we are given advance notice.  Storage space is limited and is based on availability. Please check with your Event Producer. All deliveries must be made through our service entrance.

Electrical Requirements:  Any electrical requirements requiring an electrician are quoted upon request.

Insurance:  Vendors performing services at the Grand must provide evidence of workman’s compensation and public liability insurance.  Please have your vendors contact your Event Producer for insurance verification.

Invitation Time:  We are ready to receive guests at the time specified in your contract.

Exterior Signage:  Permitted if your group reserved the exclusive use of the facilities. Exterior signs and banners may only be hung by Signature Grand staff if arranged in advance.

Fax Service:  Available at upstairs lobby reception center.

Final Details:  Are typically arranged not less than 30 days before your event.

Maitre D' Gratuity:  Upon receiving extraordinary service, you may wish to leave an additional tip for the Maitre d' & staff, an appropriate amount is from $25 up to 2%. If you do not receive extraordinary service, we want to hear about it.

Menu Selection & Set-up:  Must be finalized at least 5 business days before your event.

Minimum Guarantee:  Must be received at least 3 business days before your event.

Parking:  Signature Grand offers free self-parking.  Valet parking is quoted upon request.

Tax Exemption:  Tax is charged unless a valid tax exemption is provided before your event.

Signs:  1 sign is provided at each room entry. We can include your logo if we receive a .gif or .jpeg copy on disk 5 days in advance. Additional custom signs are $10.00 each.

Security:  Can be arranged on your behalf with 15 working days notice.

Small Groups:  Groups under 50 will have a surcharge added. [See individual menus for charges]

Smoking:  There is no smoking in our facility.  There are areas allocated for smoking outside of our facility.
